The ‘Avoid the Rush Hour’ initiative, created by NOISE Amsterdam, is a campaign by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management to encourage commuters to avoid the morning rush hour. The aim is to reduce traffic congestion by 10% through working from home, staggering travel times or using alternative modes of transport.
